Our Children Our Responsibility
Our Children our Responsibility is a new program launched by Miss South Sudan organization to help with an education and raise funds for children school supply for ten Southern Sudan states. This program will be number one priority of Miss South Sudan’s titleholder and Princess. Also program will be under supervision of Miss South Sudan’s title holder and Miss South Sudan organization. Program focuses to raise funds through Southern Sudanese citizen and Communities in Diaspora. We are encouraging all southern Sudanese to sponsor at least one child in their own state ($20 dollar= year school supply for Student). Southern Sudanese citizen who contribute to this program, their name will be listed under their own state’s list on our website.
Also, the program is fundraising contest for all citizens of ten Southern Sudan states. Miss South Sudan org will awards citizen of the winning state and honor them during Miss South Sudan Event. The winning state will be announce during the Miss South Sudan’s event and receive awards of $ 1000. This award will be add up to the total funds generate by citizen of winning state. All total funds generate by each state’s citizen will be send to their state’s Minister of education. For instance, if citizen of Unity state contribute amount $300 dollars, the same amount will be send to their state’s Minister of Education. Miss South Sudan Organization will make sure these funds goes directly to students and School. Our organization will request each state minister to provide full report about funds, which will be post on our website.
