As my friends and family members may say, “Nathalie embodies what an African young lady is all about.” I am an intelligent, beautiful and proud Sudanese young lady. I grew up in many African countries such as The Republic of Central Africa, The Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, and my homeland Sudan. This gave me an opportunity to learn about all the different yet similar cultures. Most importantly it helped shape my personality and especially the way I view life. I am compassionate in the sense that I love giving back to my community through volunteering.  I am down to earth, easy going and love to play sports, especially soccer. Last, but certainly not least, is my driven personality. I hold very high expectations of myself. I honestly believe this is a quality that is engraved in my genes and those of every other Sudanese. We are always working towards bettering ourselves, our families, and our beautiful country.
